And neither do dogs and porcupines. We live in Northern Wisconsin and are continually pulling porky quills out of our dogs. You would think that a dog would eventually learn but heck no, if a porky is spotted it deserves to be chased and the dog is always the loser. Have you ever cleaned a dogs nose of porky quills?
