The answer to the above question involves greed, corruption, and a total lack of honest concern for the sanctity of human life. It is also a disgusting and accurate portrayal of how those in a position of power, can manipulate public opinions, and control the media.

Disease is a very profitable commodity, with a net value second only to oil! We have all heard about the many impressive advances in the “war” against cancer, yet not even one of these new advances has made it to mainstream medicine! WHY? Because to eliminate disease, is to eliminate thousands of jobs in the medical sector!

Medical schools and charities would be bankrupt, virtually overnight!
Without medical money pouring in to the local economy, (cities) would face economic devastation!

The three largest sources of sales tax revenue for any state, are derived from the sale of gasoline, automobiles, and prescription drugs! This is also why, when any of these industries decides to engage in “price fixing” and “gouging” of consumers, there will seldom, if ever, be any corrective action taken by any governmental agency! As long as these industries are given “free reign”, the state’s coffers, as well as the pockets of the corrupt politicians that protect them, will remain full!

So what can you do? Either buy, or build, your own electro-medical equipment, and simply worry about your own personal health and safety, and, of course, the health and safety of your loved ones.

The United States Food and Drug Administration, and the American Medical Association are not stupid. They too, are fully aware of the facts that have been presented here, and these facts play a major role in their decision-making process. No one wants to “kill the goose that lays the golden eggs”, because to do so, would invariably make things even worse than they are, now. But at least, you now have an extra “edge” that will undoubtedly be worth its weight in gold!”

With electric shock therapy administered promptly there is NO tissue damage, and no danger of amputation.

Following is a quote from one of those many articles that you refer to pertaining to the alternative ovine antivenin.

“There were no mortalities and a single amputation. Fewer fasciotomies were performed in the FabAV (9%) group versus the ACP group (24%). Mean (average)hospital stay was 3.4 days. No allergic reactions were associated with FabAV. Fourteen of 211 reactions were associated with ACP (P < .001). Coagulopathy was frequent.”

There were no mortalities and the average hospital stay was 3 1/2 days with the antivenom whereas there are no mortalities and rarely is a hospital stay called for when the electric shock therapy is used.

I believe that once the facts are in there will no longer be any use for antivenom. This will be good for man, bad for big business as usual.
