Last week after several years with Sprint I switched over to the communication experts at Embarq. They gave me a new cell phone and guess what, it’s blue tooth enabled so I returned to the Embarq store in Apopka and picked up the earpiece.
Now I don’t claim to be a techy like some of you whizz kids out there so I am not quite used to the technology yet but I like the idea and I have thirty days to try it out.
What really impressed me was the fact that those nice folks at the Embarq store positively blew me out of the water with their professionalism, helpfulness and coutesy.
It was interesting to note that the several other customers entering the store while I was there received the same high level of service.
Cathy, Juan, David, I thank you.
Hey, it’s nice doing business with folks like that! Chaz
