I notice that in my State (Mich) where there is a deposite on carbonated beverage and beer bottles, the litter problem is a lot less...however, when they do the same to cigarette packages, beer boxes and fast food bags, then we'll see a huge drop in litter!<br/>In the meantime...we can all do our part!<br/>mh Such a sad sight…glad to know it is a fake.
